Sant Gadge Maharaj & JNV Thane

While staying at Mumbai, I used to Visit JNV Thane with my friends and volunteers to conduct career guidance programs and other educational and scientific activities.

Once I divided a class into some groups and suggested them to come up with group name referring great people of India. Immediately one name echoed in the class-room and that was none other than the great social reformer of Maharashtra Sant Gadge Baba. It was a new name in my list of great people. One should go through his life and works.

JNV Thane was at Palghar and usually it took two-three hours to reach school. I still remember journey through shuttle there. We used to enjoy Kelwa Beach with its natural fragrance.
